1. Are your iPhones new or used?  
We have both Pre-owned & Sealed units but fully tested. Every device is inspected for battery health, screen function, camera, speaker, mic, and iCloud removal before shipping. We only list phones we’d use ourselves. Condition + battery health % is shown on each product page.

2. What battery health % can I expect?  
Battery health is listed on every iPhone product page. Most of our stock ranges from 85% - 100% depending on model. iPhone XR usually 85%+. iPhone 12/13 usually 90%+. If you need a specific % range, WhatsApp us before ordering.

3. Are the iPhones iCloud unlocked?  
Yes, 100%. Every iPhone is checked for iCloud lock + Activation Lock before we list it. You’ll be able to sign in with your own Apple ID immediately. If a device arrives iCloud locked, we refund you fully.

4. Do you offer warranty?  
Yes. 7-day return policy for undisclosed faults. 
Pre-owned iPhones: 3 months warranty covering hardware faults not caused by damage or water.  
Sealed/New iPhones: 6 months warranty.  
Warranty covers manufacturer defects. It doesn’t cover cracked screens, liquid damage, or battery wear from normal use. Contact us with video proof and we’ll repair/replace.

5. How fast is delivery in South Africa?  
We dispatch from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Delivery takes 2-5 working days nationwide. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town usually 2-3 days. You’ll get a tracking number via WhatsApp/email once your order ships.

6. What payment methods do you accept?  
We accept EFT, card payments, snap scan/Apple Pay. All payments are secure. We don’t ask for cash deposits outside the website.

7. Can I choose the color/storage for my iPhone?  
Yes, if we have stock. Each product listing shows exact color + storage like "iPhone 12 128GB Black". If you want a specific combo not listed, WhatsApp us. We’ll check current Durban stock for you.

8. Do you sell accessories too?  
Yes. We stock USB-C to Lightning cables, wall adapters, screen protectors, and cases. All accessories are tested for fast charging + compatibility with iPhone XR to iPhone 14.
