SHIPPING POLICY - HARMANS GADGETS

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all addresses within South Africa only. No international shipping at this time.

2. COURIERS WE USE
We use Postnet to Postnet and The Courier Guy for door-to-door delivery. Courier selection depends on your address and order value.

3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment clears. Orders placed after 12:00pm SAST may be processed the next business day.
Lay-by orders process within 1 business day after final payment is received.

4. DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, delivery takes:
Postnet to Postnet: 2-3 business days
The Courier Guy Door-to-Door: 2-4 business days for main centers, 3-5 business days for rural/outlying areas
Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package size.
Standard rate: R150.00 nationwide
FREE shipping on orders over R8000 to main centers
Postnet rates may be lower for certain areas - you’ll see exact cost before you pay.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.

6. TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Use it to track your parcel on the Postnet or Courier Guy website.

7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
7.1 A valid phone number is required for courier contact.
7.2 An adult 18+ must sign for high-value electronics. ID may be requested.
7.3 Please check your parcel on delivery. Report damage within 48 hours with photos to [27 762 810 523].

8. MISSED DELIVERY
If you miss delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 attempts, parcels go to depot for 5 days. Uncollected parcels return to us and a R150 redelivery fee will apply for reshipping.

9. ADDRESS CHANGES
We cannot change delivery address once dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@harmansgadgets if you need to update details before dispatch.

10. PICKUP
Free collection available from Durban by appointment. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. We’ll SMS you when ready. ID + proof of payment required.

11. DELAYS
We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, load shedding, weather, or public holidays. We will notify you of any known delays.
