Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
The 14-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 14-day return period from the date you receive your item or collect it from our store. If 14 days have passed since your purchase delivery or collection, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
It must also remain in its original, undamaged packaging, including all original boxes, manuals, accessories, and protective seals.
You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your tax invoice, order confirmation, or receipt, to initiate the process.
Change of Mind Returns and Restocking Fees
We understand that plans can change. However, processing returns incurs significant administrative, testing, and restocking costs for our business.
If you request a return, exchange, or cancellation simply due to a change of mind for no significant reason such as changing your mind on a color, model, or realizing you no longer want the item a 10% restocking fee will apply.
This 10% restocking fee is calculated based on the total purchase price of the item and will be deducted directly from your final refund amount.
This policy applies equally to all payment structures.
For standard purchases paid in full upfront, the 10% fee is deducted from the total before funds are returned to your account.
Non-Returnable Items and Service Exemptions
Certain types of transactions and items cannot be returned for a change of mind under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on custom-ordered components, highly specific hardware variants, or personalized products.
Please note that labor and service fees related to completed technical hardware repairs or diagnostics are non-refundable.
How the Return Situation is Handled
To ensure quality control and protect against fraudulent returns, all return requests go through a structured, multi-step evaluation process.
First, you must initiate the request by contacting our customer service team or visiting our official physical storefront to log your return within the 14-day window. Next, every returned item undergoes a thorough physical and technical assessment by our in-house team.
We strictly inspect the hardware, internal components, and serial numbers to verify the item’s condition and ensure it matches our official inventory records.
If the item passes inspection and qualifies as an approved change-of-mind return, your refund will be processed minus the mandatory 10% restocking fee.
If the item is found to be physically damaged, missing its original accessories, or altered in any way, the return will be rejected immediately, and the item will be made available for you to collect.
Refund Issuance
Once your return is inspected and officially approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. For electronic funds transfers or direct deposits, refunds will be issued securely to your validated bank account. Please note that for security and verification purposes, we process electronic business transfers exclusively through our official banking channels via Nedbank.
Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on standard banking processing times.
Defective or Damaged Items
The 10% restocking fee does not apply if an item is genuinely defective, malfunctioning, or damaged upon arrival through no fault of your own. If an item experiences a legitimate hardware fault within its warranty period, it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in full accordance with applicable local consumer protection laws.
